Posters can help

Poster participating in the book ‘Posters can help’ by Slanted Publishers (February 2023, 256 pages). The beginning of the armed conflict in Ukraine in 2022 led the Slanted team to ask themselves, as designers, what purpose our work really serves. Can we accelerate the transition to a sustainable, fair and equitable society through the power of design? From there came the idea for this book, where each poster is a financial donation to two non-governmental humanitarian organizations.

My proposal is a call for peace in the conflict in Ukraine, using the colors of its flag and the word ‘Peace’ that wants to impose itself on a chaotic background that represents the confusion and disorder of war.
