Waste Art Lab
Waste Art Lab (WAL) is a nomadic laboratory specialized in the reuse of waste, whose purpose is to create multidisciplinary spaces for ideation focused on contributing new disruptive ideas to current environmental challenges.
Its first event was the New Gold #1 Sa Llana artistic residency in Las Salinas, Ibiza, where a group of artisans, designers and artists met for two weeks to explore ways to give wool a second life. Despite being a material with numerous qualities, wool has unfortunately become waste on this island.
The logo was designed based on the concept of ‘disruption’, as it represents the very essence of WAL. (color palette?)
